1. Payment Terms :
- No Reservation is put on Hold till final confirmation.
- 100% Payment to be made on confirmation in the favour of "Zice Travel Services Pvt. Ltd."(For wire transfer ICICI Bank A/c No. 002905005982, GK 1 Branch).
- Confirmation Mail and Purchase Order is a must before any bookings.
- In case of credit card payment (Visa and Master Card @ 2.25% surcharge will be levied, 4% surcharge is levied for Amex Card

CANCELLATION TERMS FOR ALL TARIFFS & PACKAGES :
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date – no refund
- Less than 20 days before the arrival date - 60% refund
- Less than 25 days before the arrival date - 75% refund
- More than 25 days before the arrival date - 90% refund

3. Liability waiver :
Section A:
You understand understand that traveling with may involve risks ( and rewards) above & beyond those encountered on a more conventional holiday, & that you am undertaking an adventure trip with inherent dangers.You could be traveling to geographical areas where, amongst other things, the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygienic, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications & infrastructure development may not be of the standard that you would be used to at home or would find on a conventional holiday. Zice Travel Services Pvt. Ltd is free from from any liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, delays and any other mishap during the event of the travel of the guest.
Section B:
Zice Travel Services Pvt Ltd will not be able to refund any amount if we fail to conduct any adventure activities like rock climbing, rappelling, rafting, zorbing, parasailing, trekking or any other activity due to unforseen circumstances.
How ever we take the repsonsibilty of all the stay and food inclusions promised.
