A reader at FMS, New Delhi , with a long-standing career in academic psychology, she nurtures this dream through her expertise in guiding and counseling skills for adults and children alike. Dr.Nina S.Roberts
Yet another cornerstone of Neverland is Dr.Nina Roberts, a walking spring of knowledge and inspiration. She is the Assistant Professor for Recreation and Leisure studies at San Francisco University as well as a Fulbright Scholar, Indo-American Environmental Leadership Program, India, 2006. She has taught as an adjunct faculty member at both the University of Maryland at College Park and George Mason University in Fairfax , VA. Her areas of expertise include outdoor recreation, leadership, and youth development.

Shalini Pattabiraman
An author, a poetess and a storyteller all rolled into one, Shalini is a Graduate in English Literature with a wide spread exposure to creative and journalistic writing. She also has a qualified Speech Communication Arts Primary Teaching Certificate from Guildhall Trinity, UK to her credit. Under her belt is a vast experience in working with children across 3-18 years using avant-garde educational tools such as process drama and experiential learning.
